Payments (Client)

Users will pay The Voice Artist its standard Rates for the level of service selected by the Client. The Voice Artist may change its Rates or levels of service at any time, provided that such changes will not apply in respect to any then outstanding Agreement. Each Client will be responsible for the payment of all fees Client has agreed to pay The Voice Artist for each job. All rates are processed in USD and invoices shown on the site and sent in emails. The Voice Artist is not responsible for any fees or charges that are incurred via users credit card or banking systems.

 

Payment Processing

The Voice Artist uses PayPal payment processor. The processing of payments or credits, as applicable, in connection with use of the Site and Services will be subject to the terms, conditions and privacy policies of the payment processor and applicable credit card issuer.

Delivery of Recordings:

Any voice over recording that is delivered past the deadline set by the Client will have 10% deducted from the original booking rate for each day late, as determined by 24-hour windows from the deadline. The discount will be passed on to the Client for the The Voice Artist failing to deliver on time.
